Congratulations!  Yeajin’s work on “Explainable Normative Modeling for Brain Disorder Identification in Resting-State fMRI” has been accepted for publication to IEEE-TMI. 

Professor Heung-Il Suk has received a 2025 Okawa Foundation Research Grant to support his research on “Manipulable and Interpretable Digital Twin Brain.” He is one of three academics in Korea this year to receive the prestigious award from the Okawa Foundation for Information and Telecommunications, which was founded in 1986 with the goal of promoting and supporting research and development in the field of information and communications technology. We are proud to share that our lab member, Necla Nisa Soylu, was an honored guest at the Turkish National Day Reception in Seoul. The event, hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye, celebrated the 102nd Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye. As a Turkish national and PhD student at Korea University, Necla Nisa Soylu had the honor of meeting H.E. Murat Tamer, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye.

His team ranked in multi-class segmentation tasks as follows: Segmentation (CT Angio): 1st placeSegmentation (MR Angio): 2nd place He will be awarded official certificates and prizes in recognition of their outstanding performance.
